Mr. Valenti, the founder of FasterLaw, is a passionate technologist who enjoys helping customers solve challenging problems.  For over 10 years, he owned and operated a high-touch IT Managed Services company with offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, and Australia.  Mr. Valenti had a profitable exit when he sold his business to a private equity firm in 2015.  His company was later acquired by Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX) in 2018.

One day Mr. Valenti was assisting a friend who owned a mid-size law firm that was having challenges working with their documents: files weren't syncing, employees were editing the wrong documents, and things just weren't working right.  Mr. Valenti knew there had to be a better way to work with documents and with Clio.  Months later, the first prototype of AlphaDrive was available.

Since then, AlphaDrive has undergone numerous iterations and enhancements.  Mr. Valenti still enjoys working hands-on with AlphaDrive and helping customers make their document workflows simpler and easier to use.
